Refund Policy

At Kirosham, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the product.
