At Kirosham, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Below is our shipping policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (displayed at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment via the courier’s website.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details.
